Tyler Sweet is Vice President of Operations and EOS Integrator at Rafter Equipment Corporation, where he leads operational strategy and execution for one of the industry’s most respected roll forming equipment manufacturers. Over the past seven years, Tyler has advanced through leadership roles at Rafter, from Manufacturing Operations Manager to Director of Operations, before stepping into his current executive position. With a background in education and a forthcoming MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, he combines a unique ability to teach, coach, and lead with a sharp focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
