I hope that this letter finds you and your family safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. As you may well know from current events, there is a massive effort going on in the private sector to meet these trying times with creative solutions. Rafter is working to do just that. Though we are following all government mandates and recommendations to ensure employee health and safety, please know that we are also actively adjusting to continue to satisfy the needs of our customers.

Rafter Equipment is continuing to operate and fulfill all orders for customers, though this is being accomplished with adjustments in work schedules. The staff that can work remotely has been set up with the necessary resources to address customer needs from home. This includes the engineering, commercial, purchasing, and administrative staff. Our tremendous assembly and factory workforce have been following the recommended CDC COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing and sanitizing.

Your business is very important to us and we are taking every action to expedite your orders. Please know, however, that during resource constraints, both internally and within our supply base, there may be delays in delivery of your order. Though we will make every effort to work around these new disruptions, we appreciate your understanding as we navigate our new limitations.
