RT-2500S 2-roll HFI weld squeeze box to a major North American mechanical tubing producer. A new design was required to replace an inadequate 2-roll design from another supplier while still utilizing the existing roll tooling. The weld box is sized for up to 4.500″ OD x 0.160″ wall HSLA tube. It is significantly more robust than the unit it replaced. Operator feedback on the new unit has been very positive.
